Wasinger Law Group, P.C. Successfully Defends Lawsuit

David Wasinger of the Wasinger Law Group, P.C. successfully obtained judgment in favor of Green Tree Servicing, LLC in the Circuit Court of Franklin County, Missouri.  Plaintiffs brought claims under the terms of a property and liability insurance policy, however Mr. Wasinger received summary judgment on all counts, arguing that the conduct giving rise to the injury was subject to an exception in the policy.  The case is styled: Jason Grellner et al. v. Foremost Signature Insurance Company et al., Cause Number 07AB-CC00065.
