Daming Obtains TRO

On October 31, 2011, Michael K. Daming was successful in obtaining a temporary restraining order on behalf of his client, who sought to enforce a non-competition and non-solicitation agreement against former employees who left his client's employ and were hired by a competitor.  The employees against whom the temporary restraining order was sought had allegedly contacted and solicited customers of Daming's client after their employment with Daming's client was terminated.
